Tucked in the heights of Sillery, our home raises small litters of dachshunds — smooth and long-haired, standard and miniature — cherished from birth and backed by full health screening.

We never raise more than three litters a year. That isn't a limitation — it's the only way to know every puppy individually, to handle each one daily, and to know, when placement time comes, which family will truly suit them.
Our breeding dogs live with us year-round, in the house. They aren't "production dogs" — they're ours, they have two or three litters in their lifetime, and then they retire right here, on the same rug where they were born.

Health tested before every litter
Spine, degenerative myelopathy, eyes and patellas: our breeding dogs complete the screenings specific to the breed before any mating. You receive the actual results, not a summary.
Socialized in a family home
Daily handling from day three, gradual exposure to sounds, surfaces, children and other dogs. A well-balanced dachshund doesn't happen by accident.
Support for life
We stay reachable long after your puppy leaves — feeding, weight management, protecting the back. And if you ever can't keep your dog, they come back here. Always.

You write to us
Tell us about your household: apartment or house, stairs, children, other pets, experience with the breed. We reply within one or two days, honestly.
We meet
Kennel visits by appointment, even before a litter is born. You meet the parents and see where the puppies grow up.
Reservation and matching
A $500 deposit confirms your place on the litter. Puppy–family matching happens around week six, based on the temperaments we observe — not on the colour picked from a photo.
Going home around nine weeks
Your puppy leaves vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and examined by our veterinarian, with a health record, registration papers and a blanket that smells like the litter.
A new litter is expected this fall.
